You're coordinating a lot of moving pieces. The guest list, the venue, the catering, the timeline. Somewhere in that list is a restroom situation that needs to be figured out before the day arrives.

Get it sorted and move on to everything else.
A wedding at an outdoor venue is one of the few events where the restroom situation is actively noticed by guests. What that typically means for Portland, TX clients:

Home renovation projects have a way of displacing the bathroom earlier than expected and restoring it later than planned. Typical situations for residential rentals:
A single unit placed in the driveway or backyard keeps the household and the contractor crew functional without anyone losing time.
Not every event calls for a luxury trailer, but when presentation matters, the difference is immediately obvious. Situations that benefit most:
Toilette Mobile luxury trailers are climate-controlled, stocked with soap and paper products, and finished to a standard guests won't complain about.
Any event welcoming the general public should have at least one accessible restroom option available. When ADA coverage matters:
ADA-compliant units can be added to any rental in Portland, TX at booking or after the order is confirmed.
The most common mistake in outdoor event planning in Portland, TX isn't choosing the wrong unit type — it's underestimating how many units are actually needed once the event is in full swing.
The widely cited ratio is one unit per 50 guests for every four hours. That works as a floor, not a ceiling. Once you add a bar, a hot afternoon, a longer event window, or a food-heavy menu, that ratio needs to go up. Events that stretch past six hours, or where guests are drinking, should be planned at closer to one unit per 35 guests.
Placement is the second piece that gets underplanned. Units placed too close to the main social area create an awkward dynamic. Units placed too far away get avoided until they become urgent. A good placement is visible enough to find easily but positioned away from dining, dancing, or seating areas.
For weddings and private events in Portland specifically, a luxury trailer is almost always worth the cost. Guests remember the restroom when it's either very good or very bad — a trailer removes the risk of the latter entirely.
The starting point for events in Portland is 1 unit per 50 guests per 4 hours. We adjust upward based on event duration, alcohol service, and whether food is being served. When in doubt, we'll give you a recommendation on the call.
Absolutely. Luxury trailers are available for any event size in Portland, TX — there's no minimum guest count. For smaller weddings, a single trailer often handles everything more elegantly than multiple standard units.
Luxury trailers require a level, firm surface and access to a water hookup. Grass works if it's level and firm enough to support the unit — gravel or paved surfaces are ideal. Confirm your site conditions when you book.
We coordinate a delivery window with you in advance. For events in Portland, we aim to have units placed at least 2 hours before guests arrive — confirm your preferred delivery time when booking.
